film
I discovered filmmaking by casually switching the settings of my camera.
Making films taught me how to be a better listener and how to process and express my emotions.
With this medium, I started using my privilege trying to platform marginalized voices, striving to make films politically and not just political films, as Godard preached. I strive to create radical visual storytelling that pushes forward social struggles, pursuing justice and practicing empathy.

to be young in a world that's burning (2025)
Berlin, 2025, 74 min
'to be young in a world that's burning' is a performative and reflexive documentary that follows the director’s exploration of the world of film activism in Berlin. Overwhelmed by rising fascism and global injustice, the filmmaker decides to turn to film’s revolutionary and healing power, engaging in a meta-exploration of how documentaries can be used to catalyze change. The result of this journey is a mosaic of stories and reflections, all on the backdrop of a gritty yet full-of-life Berlin.

Between April 2024 and April 2025 I was one of the leaders of the Minerva University Film Collective. We organized a series of workshops, guest lectures, screenings and film festivals.
In Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 we held two editions of the 24H festival, during which around 20 teams based in 4 different cities produced films in 24 hours. In Spring 2025 we extended the time frame to three weeks, with 8 teams involved.
Other than directing, I was responsible for co-leading the production of the festival, covering roles such as communication, logistics and artistic curation
